Amythica was founded with the hope to create innovative and exciting games to share with the gaming community and create job opportunities for game developers newly entering the field. Amythica is an indie startup based in Adelaide, South Australia. The studio consists of a core team of four AIE graduates who share a passion for playing and making cool games together

  • “We are an Australian-based indie game studio, established in February 2023 by a team of AIE graduates. Our primary mission is to create thrilling multiplayer games while giving opportunities for young talented video game developers, experience necessary to progress in the industry.”

  • Collaborating with @StoutHeartGames, we have successfully developed and published 'Pick-a-Pocket.Stealth your way through Victorian-Era streets and Pickpocket your way to the top. Stay Vigilant as other thieves will be out and about, ready to steal your rewards or as easy marks to increase your stash. Avoid Bobbies, vanish from the light and disappear with your ill-gotten goods by day break.

  • We are currently dedicating our efforts to our flagship project, Project JEL. This game is a four-player wave-based shooter, introducing a unique 'Jel' mechanic that is set to redefine the gaming experience. Stay tuned for thrilling updates on this groundbreaking project!
